Organizing a full-building photo session takes alot of planning and keeping things on track to finish in a timely manner. This independent living retirement community completed a full-building renovation and all main common areas needed to be photographed. Lighting had to be set up, the areas all needed staged and props/flowers added, the dining room needed all tables set up for service, an apartment and skilled nursing private room needed staged with kitchen, living room and bedroom props and the exterior entrance needed flowers as well. A shot list was created and times for when we would be in a certain area so as not to interrupt residents daily activities.
