This client wanted a more modern website with simple navigation, engaging images and video and bitesize content. I designed and developed this website’s entire framework with little touches to make things stand out. I filmed and produced all the videos for the FAQ page and will continue to build on this feature. The website is now gaining more traffic than in the past and the videos are one of the highest trafficked pages. I also added Live Chat and monitor/respond to the chat requests daily.
