Independent Senior Living Community
Chatterbox Multi Media specializes in turn-key creative marketing solutions for senior living communities across the country. This project was for a jumbo postcard 9×13 that was mailed to key prospects and inserted into the local newspaper. It featured their Independent Living on one side and Assisted Living on the other. The idea was developed to make this client’s community stand out from what other local retirement communities were doing and showcase key unique benefits they had to offer. The mailing was sent out strategically to reduce postage costs utilizing saturation carrier routes and the insert was negotiated at a lower rate and distributed to key zip codes.
